The Self-Bill arrangement allows Futures to raise an invoice on your behalf based on your submitted timesheet as authorised by your hiring manager. It will ensure that your invoice exactly mirrors your authorised timesheet.
The self-billing process will save you time in having to raise your own paperwork but, in order for Futures to do this on your behalf, we do need your consent.
It is an HMRC requirement that the agreement is signed prior to the start of self-billing arrangements and covers both parties in respect of any VAT recorded on the self-bill invoice.
The invoice raised in this way will then be available for you or your accountant to enter into your financial records.
The agreement will be renewed at the end of every calendar year, and you have the absolute right to cancel the agreement with 1 months’ notice.
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 apply in England, Wales and Scotland. The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2005 apply in Northern Ireland. Together we call these the ‘Conduct Regulations’.
They apply automatically to contracts between agencies/ employment businesses and their clients and agencies and temporary workers. Please complete, sign and return the relevant opt out form to us at compliance@futures.co.uk
Regulation 13A of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, known as the ‘Conduct Regulations’, requires the provision of a Key Information Document (KID) for agency workers.
These KIDs aim to enhance the transparency of information provided to you, especially regarding your pay. They offer immediate access to crucial pay-related information before you agree to terms, giving you a clear understanding of how any fees and deductions will impact your take-home pay.
All our KIDs contain a representative example statement that illustrates how listed deductions will be applied to a pay rate. These figures are only estimates and do not reflect the specific pay rate you will receive. However, they provide a realistic representation of how deductions will be made.
Please select the payment method you will be using to engage with us and click on the relevant link to view the Key Information Document.
We may engage you via your Personal Services Company (LTD), in which case the situation is then regulated by IR35 rules.
We may engage you via one of our preferred/approved umbrella service providers. If you prefer to use an umbrella company that has not been approved by Futures, please inform your consultant, so that relevant Key Information Document can be generated. The company will be required to undergo Futures compliance checks and to hold FCSA Accreditation.
Please note, that information documents have been prepared based on the information received from the Umbrella companies. If you require more information, please contact the Umbrella companies directly.
