Introduction
This report has been developed, in conjunction with SHARE Consulting, following a series of engagements between Futures and multiple Local Authorities utilising the Liquidlogic Social Care Portals.
These discussions were led by a subject matter expert in Liquidlogic Portal solutions, with the objective of gaining a deeper understanding of how Local Authorities are leveraging these platforms. Through structured interviews, we explored usage patterns, identified best practices, and captured both success stories and familiar challenges. The insights gathered provide a comprehensive view of the current landscape and inform opportunities for improvement and innovation.
