We are expanding our network of transformation and change specialists to support councils across Adults’ and Children’s Services, SEND, and Education.
Local authorities face complex challenges – from preparing for CQC and Ofsted inspections, to delivering service improvement, efficiency programmes, and new operating models (TOMs). There is also a growing need for expertise in digitisation, service redesign, and cultural change programmes that improve outcomes for children, families and adults.
What we’re looking for:
- Transformation & Programme Leads
- Project Managers
- Subject Matter Experts across Adults’ Social Care, Children’s Services, SEND & Education
- Service Improvement & Efficiency Specialists
- Digital Change Managers / Workstream Leads
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering target operating models (TOMs)
- Leading inspection readiness programmes (Ofsted / CQC)
- Driving efficiency and improvement initiatives
- Embedding digital and data workstreams within wider transformation programmes
