We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of social channels and build an engaging digital presence for a leading baby and nursery brand.
Based in London, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that inspire, inform, and connect with the community of parents and caregivers.
This role requires a strong mix of creativity, content creation skills, and data-driven insight, as well as an understanding of how to translate brand values into authentic and engaging social storytelling.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform developments to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Create and curate engaging content (video, imagery, reels, stories, blogs) tailored to the baby and nursery audience.
- Develop influencer partnerships and ambassador programmes to grow reach and credibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategy and maximise ROI.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns in partnership with digital and performance marketing teams.
- Support wider marketing campaigns and product launches with tailored social media activity.
- Work closely with other teams to align messaging, ensure consistent communication and positive customer interactions, and support brand launches across channels.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in social media management, ideally within baby, nursery, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong portfolio of content creation (photography, video, copywriting) with an eye for detail and design.
- Proven experience growing engaged communities on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of paid social and influencer marketing strategies.
- Skilled in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
