Production Supervisor

We are currently hiring for a Production Supervisor role within a 165,000 square foot, 3-line automated food manufacturing facility!

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising 35–50 production employees across key 3rd Shift operations, while maintaining departmental and regulatory compliance including. FDA, EPA, OSHA and HACCP.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lean manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing principles.
• Quick changeover processes and center lining.
• Continuous improvement and process control.
• Reducing labor hours, overtime, and waste.
• First Time Quality (FTQ), quality improvement, and efficiency gains.

What we’re looking for:

• Food manufacturing experience is essential
• Commercial bread baking experience is highly preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in business or related field
• 2+ years of food manufacturing supervisory experience
• 5+ years of progressive production experience
• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, manage KPIs, and drive productivity
• Strong communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds
