We are currently hiring for a Plant Manager role within a baked goods, food manufacturing facility!
In this role, you will oversee Production, Maintenance, Shipping, and Sanitation departments, with a direct team including the Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Shipping Manager, and Sanitation Manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lean manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing principles.
- Quick changeover processes and centre lining.
- Continuous improvement and process control.
- Reducing labour hours, overtime, and waste.
- First Time Quality (FTQ), quality improvement, and efficiency gains.
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s in business or related field – preferred.
- 10+ years of food manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years as a Plant Manager or 10+ years in senior-level management.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams, manage KPIs, and drive productivity.
- Strong communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds.
