We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to join a leading consumer goods brand. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of key retail and grocery accounts, driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and delivering joint business plans.
What you’ll be doing
- Take full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of major national retail accounts.
- Develop and execute customer strategies, joint business plans, and promotional activity.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
- Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, category, and supply chain to deliver customer excellence.
- Negotiate annual terms, promotional agreements, and pricing to achieve targets.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record as a National Account Manager (or strong Junior NAM ready to step up) in consumer goods/FMCG.
- Experience managing grocery multiples, high street retailers, or e-commerce channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
