Futures are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of a fast-growing food manufacturing business. This business are one of the market-leaders within the food industry, supplying to B2B and B2C foodservice, retail and wholesale channels.

As the business continues to grow, they’re investing in brands, products, people, and capabilities and marketing will play a central role in that journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will:

• Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing team.
• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Drive brand development, positioning, and customer engagement across all channels.
• Lead successful product launches in partnership with our NPD and commercial teams.
• Create impactful trade marketing initiatives that support customer growth and category development.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media, website performance, and campaign activity.
• Use customer, market, and category insights to identify opportunities and shape business decisions.
• Own the marketing budget and demonstrate measurable return on investment.

You will have:

• 5+ years experience in Senior Marketing roles in the food or wider FMCG industry.
• A proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
• Experience launching and growing products across retail, foodservice, wholesale, or B2B channels.
• Strong brand-building and customer marketing expertise.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• A passion for food, innovation, and continuous improvement.
