Chief Operating Officer

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

We are currently hiring for a Chief Operating Officer within a food manufacturing facility! The successful candidate will be a key decision-maker as part of the senior leadership team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee all day-to-day, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Lead major capital projects.
• Drive Continuous / Process Improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sensory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Producer team.
• Ensure operational excellence in a food manufacturing environment, selling into Foodservice.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years in senior manufacturing leadership roles.
• 5+ years as a Vice President of Operations.
• 2+ years as a Chief Operating Officer.
• Direct experience with Manufacturing and Foodservice markets.
• Major CapEx project experience (new plant startups is desirable).
• Proven success leading multi-site, large-scale operations.
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, regulatory affairs, processing, and industry trends.
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Deep understanding of P&L, ROIC, IRR, and business value creation.
• Track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams.
