We are seeking a creative and commercially astute Brand Manager to take ownership of brand strategy and execution within this fast-growing Home & Gifting business!
Based in Manchester, you will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, leading NPD initiatives, and delivering consumer and trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels.
This is a pivotal role that combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, requiring strong brand management experience, an eye for design and detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, creative, and operations teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans that strengthen positioning in the home and gifting market.
- Analyse consumer trends, seasonal occasions, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Manage brand budgets to maximise ROI and support profitable growth.
- Lead the development of new collections and seasonal launches, from concept through to market.
- Partner with Design, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure innovation reflects consumer demand and brand values.
- Build compelling go-to-market strategies to ensure impactful product launches across retail and e-commerce.
- Deliver consumer and trade-facing campaigns to drive awareness and purchase intent.
- Manage creative agencies, PR, and retail partners to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Develop POS, packaging, and merchandising solutions that enhance brand presence in-store and online.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints.
What we’re looking for:
- 4 – 6 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally within Home, Gifting, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods sectors.
- Proven success in managing seasonal or trend-led product launches.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience managing brand budgets.
- Skilled in turning consumer insights into actionable brand strategies..
- Confident in managing agencies, retailers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
