I run the manufacturing team. We recruit for companies that make almost anything, ranging from some of the most complex engineering businesses you can think of (multi-million, multi-year projects with electrical, electronic, mechanical and software elements) through to the simplest base level component that can cost pennies.

Someone in the team will be well placed to cover almost any requirement you may have.

Outside of work, I enjoy tinkering with all things engineering and figuring out how things work.

I started at Futures in 2003 and, as they say, from little acorns… look at the company now!

Now semi-retired and helping the manufacturing team with recruitment.

I joined Futures in 2018 after graduating from Leeds University with a degree in Business Management, and now work with manufacturers across sectors from electronics and robotics to automotive and defence, covering every role from R&D to sales. My role spans the full breadth of manufacturing needs – from R&D and production to supply chain, maintenance, sales and back-office positions – helping businesses find the right people to drive success.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Yorkshire on my motorbike, travelling the world, or immersed in sport – from football and cricket to motorsport and beyond.

I work within the manufacturing department and have been with the business since the start of 2020. I recruit across manufacturing, specialising in production and operations.

My spare time is filled with lots of fitness, either at the gym or on the mats at jujitsu, and of course, lots of quality time with family and friends.
