The successful candidate will be keen to develop skills within a service workshop and work hands on carrying out all aspects of mechanical service work from booking components into the business, mechanical overhaul/ reconditioning of components and through to shipping of completed jobs. Time to time assignment into field service jobs.
Responsible for own Safety and contributing to the safety culture in the business
Technical reporting on projects within Office documents and ERP systems.
Accurate and timely completion of work scopes.
Operation of CNC, manual machines, machines maintenance
Accurate disassembly, inspection and assembly

Candidate requirements:
Apprentice Trained
CNC operation
Machine tools, manual lathe, milling machine
Measurement instruments, vernier, micrometer, etc.
Disassembly, inspection, and assembly of component parts
Experience working in Oil and Gas or other heavily regulated industry an advantage.
Familiar with safe systems of work
Rigging, slinging and lifting loads
Strong numeracy skills
Competent in use of MS-Office products, especially Word and Excel
Ability to work on a flexible work schedule
Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality
Able to interact and develop relationships within a small team
Comfortable working in a team or independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full clean UK driving license
Fork lift truck an advantage
