You will focus on two of their main brands across the UK and International accounts and be the goto person for everything customer centric with a real focus on reviewing data.
You will work with the wider Marketing team to bring the brand to life and drive the business forward.
Generate consumer, shopper and customer & market insights through data reports Were looking for someone who is really data driven and gets excited about looking through the small details to build a really compelling argument and selling story to grow the business.
Analyse promotional activity We work on robust promotional plans across all retailers but want to really get into the details and report back on whats working, whats not & how can we do things differently.
Identify and action market opportunities in the UK and globally There are so many opportunities out there were looking for someone to engage with individual customers and internally to pinpoint everything from low hanging fruit to bigger opportunities.
Support strong trade marketing plans with strategic retailers across all channels – You should know each customer like the back of your hand and think about ways to tailor activity to ensure we are maximising every opportunity to grow their business. We work in a really exciting, fast paced environment and understand the importance of working collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
Creation and delivery of marketing materials & content – Its one thing knowing the data inside out but its another thing turning it into tangible assets. Youll be responsible for working with our Marketing Exec and graphic designer to really bring it to life dont forget were a loved brand with real personality not just a commodity!
Creation of Sales & Marketing presentations PowerPoint is your best friend. Not only do you know the customer, but you can also bring together the story in an eye catching presentation.
Monitor and report on all competitor activity You will be the fount of knowledge for the cleaning market, each of our customers and all competitors too.
Trade marketing budget management You will be responsible for managing the trade marketing elements of the budget across both Marketing and Sales, as we continue to rapidly grow its really important to report on this monthly
2+ years demonstrable success within a Trade Marketing/ Marketing/Category role
Preferably FMCG experience but not essential
Excellent at project management
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
University degree preferable ideally within Business Management or Marketing
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder with commercial acumen
Comfortable with the uncomfortable, short budgets and deadlines and high ambition.
Open to operate outside of your area or taken on tasks that have yet to be assigned to a particular department.
Full time based in Northampton 5 days a week. This is not a remote working role.
