We are working with an industry leading business who are looking to add a tool room team leader to the team. We are looking for an experienced toolmaker that can provide hands on support to the tool room and prototyping departments. Prior experience with plastic injection moulding or precision engineering is essential.
Tool Room Team Leader Responsibilities – Toolmaking, Precision Engineering, Plastics, Injection Moulding
* Provide training and support to the tool room and prototype teams
* A good understanding of CMM measurement, CAD/CAM and Cimatron
* Ensure tool room and Prototyping staff work in a safe and effective manner
* Provide cover to the supervisor when required
Tool Room Team Leader Skills and Experience – Toolmaking, Precision Engineering, Plastics, Injection Moulding
* Extensive plastic injection mould tool manufacturing experience
* Experience of plastic injection mould tool repair and servicing
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS16949 Product Realisation Process
