We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee the end-to-end testing activities of a complex ERP transformation project in the UAE.
This is a 12-month contract with a high-profile client, offering the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring a successful implementation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure system quality.
– Oversee all phases of testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
– Collaborate with business, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals.
– Identify and mitigate quality-related risks and issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
– Maintain test documentation, KPIs, and reports to track quality assurance progress.
Your Requirements:
– 10-12 years of software testing experience, with a focus on ERP SaaS solutions across multiple industries.
– Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and automation.
– Experience with Agile methodologies, cloud transformation, and the retail sector is preferred.
– Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment.
– Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
