About the role


Futures are working with a fast growing health and beauty business who have a full portfolio of premium products! This business have just successfully completed their 2nd round of investment worth £12m+ and have an aggressive 5 year growth plan.

Due to this impressive growth they are expanding within their sales team.

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for key account management, generating sales leads and achieving sales goals. You will work across all key channels with a specific focus on the Pharmacy channel covering West ROI.

Responsibilities:
Generating sales leads
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Managing key accounts and driving success
Managing client relationships
Interact with retailers through regular in store visits, telephone and email
Consistently achieve KPIS, targets and company objectives to ensure area revenue objectives
Provide feedback, reporting and updates regularly

Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
Proven track record achieving measurable sales goals
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment on your own initiative

We are looking for a fresh pair of eyes who can bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to their huge growth plans.

This is very much a stepping stone role to progress into either National Accounts or leading a team in a National Field Sales Manager position. The role is fully home/field based.
