Day Rate: £180 | Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
– Resolve underlying IT problems (second and third-line software support).
– Provide support to staff and service users.
– Provision of new devices e.g., Laptops, iPad devices etc.
– Delivery and configuration of equipment with the relevant operating system.
Your Qualifications/Experience:
– Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in IT Support.
– At least 3 years experience in NHS IT systems and terminology.
– Experience within the public sector in the last 3 years
– Knowledge in the following areas: Netware servers, Windows servers and operating systems, networks, e-mail systems, hardware and software.
– Experience working with the following systems: Netware/OES and Windows servers, Windows operating systems, Service desk, Groupwise/NHS.net, Microsoft Office 2010 and onwards, – Network understanding along with physical experience.
*NOTE: You may be required to travel to other Trust locations (ideal if you’re based in Bristol/Devon/Dorset area) therefore the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car.*
