We have a great opportunity available for a Social Media Executive/Manager with a fast growing FMCG food company based in the Northwest of England.

***MONDAY TO FRIDAY – 2/3 DAYS REMOTE WORKING***

As the role is new within the company you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the company’s existing social media accounts as well as introducing and expanding into new platforms.

Key Responsibilities involve

Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Director, Digital/Paid Media Manager, and Creative Manager. This includes assistance in the development of strategies for establishing a long-term digital connection with customers.
Manage and manage influencer connections (micro) while also collaborating with influencer and public relations agencies to deliver large-scale activities with influencers and content providers.
Minor changes to the artwork (with assistance/direction from the Creative Manager).
Collaborate with and brief creative teams (Designers, Photographers, Videographers, Bloggers) and see their work through to completion/sign-off.

Skills Required
Knowledge of different social media platforms and technologies. Listening, Community Management, Scheduling, and Analytics are just a few of the activities you may use it for.Experience
A thorough grasp of the consumer journey and the interactions between Social Media, PR, Influencer, Email, Website, and Events.
A strong desire to understand the community and the dynamics that drive interest and intent.
A strong and demonstrable understanding of social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others (Twitter and LinkedIn and desirable but not essential).
Previous experience working within FMCG or fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential
