About the role


Futures Manufacturing are looking to appoint an experienced Service Coordinator for a very busy and growing Client based in Leeds.

Purpose:
Plan and arrange call outs.
Including Maintenance Work and remedial Works
Utilising appropriate resources
Effectively organising and scheduling the service teams workload.
Working within the busy service administration department.
Responsible for managing and organising all service business works.
Ensuring service work records are kept up-to-date.

Organised, efficient and able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Focused, observant with a high attention to detail and able to take a flexible approach.
Strong administrative skills with a proven track record of utilising Outlook package.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Passionate people person driven by resolving customer queries and delivering customer satisfaction.
Commitment to uphold high standards of service and able to demonstrate the Company values through interactions with all stakeholders.

Plan/organise/schedule/administration/service

Role:

Book and coordinate all service-related works efficiently and to appropriate timescales.
Provide service engineers with all site-specific relevant information (e.g. site contacts and access, equipment to be serviced etc) required for individual site visits.
Maintain and update all service administrative records to accurately reflect current status of individual site equipment/maintenance
Respond to general enquiries via telephone, fax and email and ensure customers receive a first-class service through all interactions.

Plan/organise/schedule/administration/service

Liaise with the Sales Admin team to ensure works are invoiced correctly and investigate and resolve service-related customer matters.
Raise requisitions and ensure service engineers are adequately certified and equipped for each site visit.

The working hours are : Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 5pm, Fri 8.30am to 4pm
