We are currently working with a long standing client of ours who are seeking to appoint a Service Engineer!
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for the installation of electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring efficient and professional delivery and fulfillment of the company’s sales orders.
This role involves site visits throughout the UK (although they will try to keep you to your patch which will be the Midlands), working predominantly in environments which deal with the general public.
We need an electrically qualified engineer with a good mix of mechanical skills and a clean driving licence. The role comes with a fully expensed and kitted out van, fuel card, mobile phone etc.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
– To carry out site surveys, Installations and service of equipment on customer sites
– To work to a timetable in order to carry out planned maintenance.
– Ability to communicate with the customer.
– To carry out in house training on new product ranges
Your Skills & Abilities:
– A professional manner as this is a customer facing role
– Willingness to travel
– A full driving licence
– ESC Card (Desirable)
– IEE Regs qualified (18th Edition great but no lower than 16th)
