About the role


Our client is looking to appoint a service desk team leader to plan schedule and support a team of engineers whilst managing a small team of coordinators. Our client design manufacture and install a range of products for the public and private sectors nationally. This is an ideal role for something who has worked on a helpdesk/service desk previously and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Roles & Responsibilities:
*Ensue KPIs and performance driven targets are met
*Carry out team meetings
*Plan schedule and support the engineers
*Work directly with customers to resolve issues in a professional manner.
*Raise invoices for work carried out
*Represent the business is a positive and professional way
*Oversee the service team and their day to day tasks
*Manage and guide a small team of service coordinators
*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
*Manage client expectations

Qualifications & Skills:
*A geographical awareness
*A HND/HNC or BTEC
*A strong understanding of Microsoft office (particularly excel)
