The successful candidate will oversee the service team in line with customer requests, this will include planning, organising and delegating tasks for the day. Roles & Responsibilities:
*Oversee the service team and their day to day tasks
*Manage and guide a small team of service coordinators
*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
*Manage client expectations
*Ensue KPIs and performance driven targets are met
*Carry out team meetings
*Plan schedule and support the engineers
*Work directly with customers to resolve issues in a professional manner.
*Raise invoices for work carried out
*Represent the business is a positive and professional way

Qualifications & Skills:
*A strong understanding of Microsoft office (particularly excel)
*A geographical awareness
*A HND/HNC or BTEC
