This is not your average marketing position; you will have real influence on the planning and direction of the business marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Senior Leadership Team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Digital:
You will be involved in initiating and optimising all areas of multi-channel digital marketing.
As our main tool, the company website will be your primary focus: With the creation/refresh of brand focused content as standard, you will also develop the functionality, style, look and feel and improve the customer journey & experience. You will also assist in the creation and implementation of an effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategy and be the main point of contact with our website partner.
You will take responsibility for all company social media channels by designing and creating relevant, interesting, and engaging content across all social media channels to increase awareness strengthen the brand and improve KPIs.
You will be responsible for owning the delivery and optimisation of email campaigns. You will create impactful communications to deliver targeted campaigns that drive traffic, secure conversions, and nurture relationships. In addition, the progression of automation and integration opportunities within our CRM system will also form part of the role.
Visual marketing is key to our multi-channel strategy moving forward so in addition to the creation of written content and imagery, the ability to create dynamic video content is critical going forward.
Off-line:
The graphic design and content creation of marketing collateral also forms a significant part of the role. Whether its the designing brochures and business cards to print, creating internal communication videos and newsletters or negotiating with local and trade press for publication of your content marketing piece, traditional marketing will always have a significant part to play in your day-to-day activities
Key Requirements & Skills
A talented energetic and creative marketer with a willingness and ability to learn the technical aspects of the businesss product offering.
A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders.
With at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing executive role, you will be looking to take the next steps in your career
A strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Strong graphic design skills across Mac Adobe creative suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
Good knowledge of WordPress CMS and working understanding of SEO & SEM concepts and techniques.
A creative approach to copywriting, and video capture and editing with the ability to tell an engaging story
