We are delighted to be working with a leading food manufacturing business, famously known for their amazing products familiar to people across the world in their search for a Senior Maintenance Engineer!

The business is currently enjoying an impressive growth spout with recent investments into new automated AI software to improve reliability and asset management.

Reporting into the Factory Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring CI projects, asset management and machinery reliability is at the front foot of your responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:
– Working alongside the Management team to ensure CI Projects, Asset Management and Reliability projects are completed to required standards.
– Reactive, corrective and preventative maintenance on packaging and food manufacturing machinery.
– Budget control support.
– Lead and Participate in the use of break down analysis to continuously improve asset intensity.
– Participate in the competency building plan.
– Leading the execution/prioritisation of planned maintenance activities, communicating with production and other stakeholders to achieve this.

Your Skills & Experience:
– Dual trained (Electrical and Mechanical) with previous experience in the food or FMCG industry.
– Qualifications to a NVQ Level 3 or above in the Engineering Trade
– 18th Edition
– Experience in installation and inspection and testing
– Good Knowledge of SAP PM Module
– Knowledge of TPM module – preferred.
