We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join a close knit, friendly team.

Reporting in to the HR Business Partner you will be the go to person for all Employee Relations to provide professional and efficient people support to all stakeholders within the business. You will work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the People and site Management team, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the function and other departments.

You will be responsible for:
– Coordinate the sites recruitment activities
– Be the first point of contact for all colleagues for all employee relations issues and provide advice and guidance in line with company policies and procedures, employment law and best practice
– Support Managers on all employee relation meetings
– Undertake and manage HR administration
– Organise and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new starters
– Proactively manage short and long-term sickness absence
– Run and manage people surveys on all projects
– Produce weekly and monthly reports on a range of People KPIs

Key Experience and Skills:
– Experience in an HR environment, a minimum of 3 years +
– Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
– Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities
– Experience of advising and working with senior members of staff
– Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
– Qualified to CIPD Level 5 preferred but not essential
