We are on the lookout for a Senior Associate Consultant to join our Public Sector team with a rich history of over 25 years and begin delivering amazing results to our clients in the relatively new Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence Division!

The team has quickly grown into a nationally respected team working on high-profile, multi-million-pound programmes and currently works across a large number of Police Forces, National Security Agencies, and Defence branches as well as Big 4 consulting firms that deliver into the industry.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
– Managing existing and new, candidate and client relationships (calling and meeting with regularly); seeking to develop and improve partnerships.
– Candidate growth – finding hard-to-find candidates and creating new and creative ways of sourcing industry-leading candidates.
– Overseeing the entire recruitment process from picking a job up, to advertising, sourcing, facilitating interviews and offer management.
– Lead generation and intelligence gathering.
– Liaising with support teams – Marketing (contributing to brand development and awareness), payroll, and compliance.
– Administration support – Database cleansing, contract management support, formatting CVs.
