Education Futures are working with a Multi Academy Trust to appoint an experienced School Improvement Advisor.
You will be required to work across a diverse rage of academies in the Midlands. The trust is predominantly made up of primary schools, though experience in secondary education would also be desirable. Do you have a proven track record in leading on School Improvement? Are you able to take initiative and do you encompass excellent interpersonal skills? If so this could be the role for you.
You will have;
Significant school improvement experience across a range of contexts with evidence of sustained impact
The ability to inspire trust and confidence, successfully leading significant change in education
Experience of Ofsted inspections
The ability to work inclusively within a Christian organisation
The ability to stay up to date with current educational policy and research and disseminate this into practise
