Engineering business in Durham involved with Maintenance and repair work is looking to hire a Sales representative to promote their servces in fabrication and industrial gearbox repair. They have a large historic client bases and also undertake work within the steel industry but need someone to visit these companies and keep the company name in their minds. The patch will be mainly North East coast so anyone from Stockton to Alnwick would be suitable. You don’t have to be an Engineer but need to have sold an engineered product. We need someone who enjoys being on the road doing 20000 miles a year!
Sales/Engineering/Account Manager/Fabrication/Industrial Gearboxes/Sales Representative/Sales Engineer
Duties:
Own diary planning to achieve set number of weekly appointments
Work with the business unit Manager to asses priority targets
Develop strong business relationships
Undertake site visits to gather information and pass technical enquiries back to base
Maintain accurate client records and update as appropriate
