Sales Manager | Home Based | Up to £45,000

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join the commercial team based from home, for a leading supplier of food ingredients, who support food manufacturers across the UK and Ireland. They pride themselves on building long-term partnerships with their customers, based on their ability to consistently source and supply ingredients of the highest quality.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for…
• Effective negotiation and management of the annual business planning process
• Delivery of key financial targets set by portfolio
• Management of monthly S&OP process for portfolio
• Ongoing Contract negotiations
• Delivery of NPD pipeline

To be successful in this role you will…
– Be a result-driven individual
– Have experience in a commercial role within the food industry
– Knowledge of food ingredients in a manufacturing or wholesale setting would be ideal.

You will be responsible for a broad level of business contacts, highly organised with the excellent numerical ability and strong influencing and communication skills. A team player with a passionate can-do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
