We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sales Executive for our market-leading Aerospace and Industrial Forging client in Sheffield!
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of component forging sales (open and closed die) – nickel alloy, titanium, stainless steel and carbon alloy. This is a dynamic office-based internal technical sales role converting sales enquiries into orders and developing key accounts.
You will be responsible for:
– Generating business through the conversion of enquiries into orders and the promotion of the company in the marketplace.
– Developing key accounts and customer partnerships along with maintaining a high level of customer service.
– Maximising profit and added value opportunities.
You should have experience of:
– Previous aerospace industry and metals knowledge.
– Generating enquiries, providing estimates and producing quotations.
– Developing a customer base and maintaining customer records.
– Liaising with customers, production control and order progression.
– Undertaking sales order review procedures.
– Canvassing / cold calling.
As this is a technical sales role – you should be skilled at listening to and understanding customers’ needs and converting them into sales.
