Futures are working with an industry-leading engineering business who are looking to appoint a Sales Engineer in a new role for the business! They are looking for a Sales Engineer to maintain and develop existing accounts alongside the account manager and promote new business sales alongside the business development managers.
Our client provides technical products and services to a large client base ranging from the largest blue chips through to start-up SMEs within engineering and manufacturing.
You will be the voice of the engineers in the sales meetings. The successful Sales Engineer must have a relevant engineering qualification and at least two years of experience in a sales-focused role.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Selling Engineering Solutions to various manufacturing sectors
• Account Management for multiple customers
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients, creating a “partnership” approach
• Dealing with new enquiries, acting as a link between customers and engineers
• Develop proposals and quotes, which exceed customer’s expectations, and can be delivered efficiently by the engineering team
• Delivering account growth
Your Skills and Experience:
• An engineering qualification
• Experience selling a technically engineered product
• Prior experience working closely with R&D teams
• A UK driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
