About the role

Our client, a successful and rapidly expanding business in Leeds, seek to appoint a number of Sales Administrators to help deal with a number of new contract wins. Offering good salaries and an excellent bonus scheme the appointed Sales Administrator will be given the opportunity to earn commission from your first month with the company. There is no pressure for instant results and market leading training is provided. We’re looking for people who want to work hard to build a career, who can demonstrate that they will have a positive attitude and be committed to the role in the long term. Progression opportunities are second to none, and salaries can quickly increase. Most important is that you have good communication skills, previous experience in sales, and you genuinely enjoy talking to people.

Sales Administrator – Role and Responsibilities – Sales Coordinator

– research, responding to queries, handling inbound sales calls
– market mapping for the sales team, outbound activity to identify contacts for the sales team
– administrative tasks (paperwork, processing, contracts, etc)
– lots of phone time, building positive relationships for the sales team
– marketing activity (preparing direct mail, e-marketing, attending conferences and events)

Sales Administrator – Skills and Abilities – Sales Coordinator

– At least one years’ work experience in a sales environment
– A good standard of English and Maths
– Good organisational and time management skills
– Attention to detail
– An excellent communicator
– Professional business like manner
– Confident and friendly with a desire to help
– Good team player
– Knowledge of IT and Microsoft Word and Excel
