About the role

We are thrilled to be working with a fast-growing, profitable FMCG manufacturing business with a niche and impressive product range!

Since its establishment, they have gone from strength to strength with sales up 70% compared already compared to last year.

Due to this growth, they are expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to oversee key markets across the globe, working in collaboration with the wider team to manage and grow key accounts and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories, with a primary focus on LATAM & Africa.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, keen to generate new business and manage key accounts across their assigned territories. You will be a highly focused, strategic thinker who can communicate effectively across a range of job functions and who can hit the ground running.

You will be part of a small but very ambitious team with the real potential to make a difference, get noticed fast and grow with the business and will have a real passion for sales/account management and will be comfortable taking an exciting brand to market and growing it across your territory. You will be able to flex your sales, negotiation, and commercial abilities to deliver the best solutions for your clients.

Your Key Attributes:
– Ability to quickly learn about the industry, potential customers, existing products and technology along with future trends in the market
– Proven track record in delivering growth within a sales/account management role
– Start-up mindset
– Excellent communication and people skills, influencing, selling
– Willing to travel (sometimes at short notice)
– Ability to speak Spanish (or other languages) – Advantageous
– Experience in the carbonated soft drinks sector – Advantageous
