Sales Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Account Manager to join leading Yorkshire based Food/Drinks business.

This role would suit an experienced candidate with experience dealing with large, well known branded products. Food/Beverage/Brewery/Spirits/Packaging/Heath/Beauty/Consumer Goods experience would be advantageous.

Here at Futures, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager with Leading brand experience due to continued growth and expansion of the company.

Reporting into the Sales Director, supporting the Senior National Account Manager you will focusing on providing high levels of support to the Sales team from there impressive offices in Yorkshire. You will provide support to the Controller and add value to with regards to managing sales and relationships within key customers and to deliver profitable growth year on year & contribute toward the success of the divisional sales team.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Account Manager;

To identify and cultivate new business opportunities that will satisfy customer needs
Strong Administration support skills in relation to data analysis
Develop strategies and sales plans, taking responsibility for all new business and providing the highest level of customer service.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
To achieve KPIs, including sales targets
To identify and cultivate new business opportunities that will satisfy customer needs

Successful Sales Account Manager will be;

You will have a branded manufacturing background as a National Account Executive or Account Manager
You will thrive on working under pressure and excel in achieving sales targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
Have strong reporting and data analytical skills
You will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
You will have a can-do attitude, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to form strong relationships plus show an undeniable passion for food and the industry.
Excellent communication skills
Working well under pressure
Confident, driven and keen to continue to develop into a National Account Manager in the future
