Recruitment Resourcer – Manufacturing
We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our team of consultants with a range of activities to improve the services that we provide to our clients and candidates. The Recruitment Resourcer role will primarily focus on the candidate care that we offer.
The Recruitment Resourcer role will include, but not be limited to:
Sourcing candidates for specific roles
Talent pooling and networking with candidates (face-to-face, via phone or email)
Management of a large candidate database
Lead generation for consultants
Supporting sales activities
Researching new markets

Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Professional telephone manner
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A good level of attention to detail to support all aspects of a busy desk
Excellent customer service skills
Skilled in data entry and data processing
A high level of accuracy
A full clean UK Driving License

Salary: 16,000 – 22,000 D.O.E
