About the role


Based Horsforth, Leeds free parking, close to shops, cafes and train station. Supportive, happy environment!

We are looking for Resourcers to support our team of consultants with a range of activities to improve the service we provide to clients and candidates.

Duties will include:

Sourcing candidates for specific interim roles and projects
Talent pooling and networking with candidates
Management of a large candidate database
Registration and compliance for candidates
Lead generation for consultants
Supporting sales activities through research
Providing management information

Your skills should include:

Organisation, administration and task prioritisation
Highly IT literate (including Excel)
Customer service
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good work ethic
Recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)

If desired, there will be plenty of opportunity for career progression into a consultant role, but we are equally interested in people that enjoy the resourcing, research and administration side of recruitment.

Futures Public Sector is a sub division of Futures. Trading for over 25 years, Futures has built a reputation for its professional approach to providing recruitment, project solution and consultancy services at all levels.

Futures Public Sector division provide interim managers and subject matter experts across adult social care and childrens services and Education. We place people to lead and advise on improving services, including design, implementation and management. We work on assignments to help failing schools, through to supporting councils implement new systems and processes in social care. Futures Education provides Schools, Trusts and Organisations, nationwide, with Senior Leaders on both an Interim and Permanent basis.
