About the role


Futures are looking to appoint a Remedial works Engineer with a leading family run Window and Door Manufacturer near Pontefract

Job Purpose:
Site remedial works to support the client base with ad hoc snagging whilst in the defects liability period of the contract.

UPVC/doors/windows/communication/installation/snagging

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

Site Visits.
Compile a full accurate list of works to be completed for area you have been assigned too.
Materials required for works is submitted to Commercial Project Admin and Contracts Manager advising if they are FOC or chargeable
Plan to complete all works keeping in line with the Company working procedures and site-specific regulations
Complete all works accurately to a high standard
Obtain sign off from Site Manager

Customer Care.
Communicate and behave in a professional manner when on site or in residents property.
Complete all works to a high standard.
If unable to complete works submit a report to Commercial Admin Assistant and Contracts manager
Obtain sign off for all works from resident
Leave the residents property as you found it.
Inform Commercial Admin Assistant and Contracts Manager of any access equipment required

Other Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Carry out any further duties that are required or instructed by the Contracts Manager
Aid other areas of the business where necessary
Install windows or other items as required
Any other duties as reasonably assigned
