This exciting organisation are looking for a HR Advisor, or experienced onsite recruitment Manager/Consultant with high volume recruitment experience to join the already established HR function by heading up the recruitment element of HR.
HR Advisor/Recruitment Manager responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process of management and office professionals; conducting interviews and advising managers where required
Full responsbility for site recruitment – temp and Perm.
High Volume and also professional recruitment within the site
Manage HR projects assigned by the HRM, in line with company and departmental objectives
Provide generalist HR support and advise all managers on matters such as grievance, discipline, absence management, maternity, paternity, flexible working etc.
Offer coaching with investigation, discipline, grievance and counselling meetings in a timely manner
Working on key business projects and initiatives
With guidance, ensure the reward and recognition policies and practices meet the needs of the customer groups and are implemented in a fair and equal fashion
HR Advisor/Recruitment Manager Requirements:
Have experience leading recruitment in a HR role within manufacturing (preferrred)
Hold their CIPD Level 5 qualification, or studying towards, or looking to progress into HR
Recruitment Manager onsite background looking to break into a HR role
Ideally have experience in a fast moving consumer goods or manufacturing environment
Have a high level of communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Have a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure
