Salary 20,000 – 30,000 basic salary / uncapped commission scheme

We have experienced significant growth in recent years and are keen to continue our development and reach across the education sector.
Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team. The Recruitment Consultant role will primarily focus on building and developing an extensive client base within the SEN Schools sector. The role will be focusing on building relationships in the south of England, so having the flexibility to travel and to stay overnight is required for this role.
The Recruitment Consultant role will include, but not be limited to:
Revenue and profit generation through placement of contractors
Development of client base in allocated region
Client liaison (face-to-face, via phone or email)
Arranging client visits
Account management to ensure high standard of service delivery
What will the Recruitment Consultant bring to the table?
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a recruitment role
Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A good level of attention to detail to run a busy desk
Excellent customer service skills
A team player with the ability to also work independently
A full clean UK Driving License (ESSENTIAL)
