Recruitment Consultant Education

Salary £25 basic salary / uncapped commission scheme

Location: Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4BH

We have experienced significant growth in recent years and are keen to continue our development and reach across the education sector.

Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Education sector to join our specialist Education team. Ideally you will have worked with Multi Academy Trusts in the North but if you have a proven history of success in the Education permanent and interim market then wed like to hear from you. This role will primarily focus on building and developing an extensive client base within the Multi Academy Trust sector in the North.

The Recruitment Consultant role will include, but not be limited to:

Revenue and profit generation through placement of contractors
Development of client base in allocated region
Client Research
Client liaison (face-to-face, via phone or email)
Interviewing candidates
Arranging client visits
Account management to ensure high standard of service delivery

What will the Recruitment Consultant bring to the table?

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Education specific recruitment role
Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A good level of attention to detail to run a busy desk
Excellent customer service skills
A team player with the ability to also work independently
A full clean UK Driving License (ESSENTIAL)
