Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint a quality control inspector to work for our client going through a period of sustained growth. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to operate CMM’s whilst using Shadowgraph equipment to measure products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to understand and read drawings
Ability to visually inspect products
Have previously worked within a highly regulated industry.
Work with production line operators to improve standards of parts production
Be competent to use the CMM and other inspection equipment.
Demonstrate strong communication skills particularly with the shop floor staff.
Implement root cause analysis strategies and other problem solving techniques
Identify opportunities for improvement

Qualification and Experience:
Experience using Verniers and Shadowgraph measuring equipment is very advantageous.
Problem solving experience in a quality department, with root cause analysis and 8d knowledge
HND/HNC Qualification or equivalent
Experience of quality in a broad sense, with ISO experience, goods inspection and production line experience.
