Whats the job all about?
This role falls within our Public Sector team, and youll be focussing on IT & Tech roles, particularly within the police and intelligence markets.
As a senior resourcer, youll be working closely with some of the best people in IT and Technology, helping them identify new job opportunities that can further their careers. Youll be speaking to programme managers, project managers, and developers to name a few.
This role is an integral part of a very high-performing team.
Recruitment is a unique industry and the role encompasses a lot of different tasks, from sales to candidate assessments, so being organised and able to multi-task will be a huge advantage.
Day to day responsibilities;
Building new relationships with candidates
Managing the candidate recruitment process, booking interviews, etc.
Hitting weekly KPIs
Delivering fantastic service to our candidates and clients alike.
