Our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team to deliver large projects from order received through to deliver. As they commence multiple new projects in they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to their business. Your new role As Project Manager you will be reporting to a Project Director or Operations Director and you will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of a large high profile complex refurbishment projects
You will be tasked with working with your team onsite to ensure these works are planned and executed effectively while coordinating with external project stakeholders such as architect and consultancies capturing any changes, disputes and issues that arise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be from an engineering or construction background
Have a strong background in delivering projects on time and to budget
Ability to manage (internal/external) stakeholders at various levels within the business
The ideal candidate must be commercially aware to gain and build sustainable growth,
Schedule labour and organise the projects department to get the most from your team
Experience using ERP systems
Project Management / Projects / Construction / Engineering / Stakeholder management / Installation of Projects
Essential:
UK Driving License
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
Degree educated (ideally within projects, but non-essential)
Exceptional organisational & people skills
