Futures Manufacturing Team are looking for applications for an Assistant Project Manager.
The Purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical support to the Manufacturing Facility.
Producing & amending Project Planners.
Providing technical and administrative support for successful delivery of the project
Assisting project managers where appropriate to ensure projects are handed over on time
Bill of Materials(BoM) to generate, maintain and communicate schedules that will fulfil the scope
Attending and contributing to internal project delivery meetings.
Monitoring factory progress and ensuring we are working to schedule
Completing and compiling QA Test Reports for electrical and refrigeration processes/products.
Working alongside the engineers to provide assistance.
Producing reports and documents for O&M manuals.
Support overall cost management by collation of accurate estimates, forecast to complete and strong monitoring and control of spend.
Ideally we are looking for someone familiar with manufacturing and HVAC and worked in a similar environment.
Do you have basic CAD skills, (not essential)
You do need to be a Team Player and a very confident communicator.
