About the role


We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager who will handle multiple supply and fit-out projects!

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects, preferably in the supply and fit-out domain although candidates from manufacturing who can demonstrate success in handling complex projects are also of interest.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with a talented team.

Your Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of supply and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
– Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
– Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
– Oversee the installation and fit-out processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
– Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
– Communicate regularly with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
– Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to schedule and quality requirements.
– Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Your Requirements:
– Formal qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, shopfitting, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in supply and fit-out projects.
– Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
– Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
