Manufacturing Futures is looking to appoint a Project Manager for one of West Yorkshire’s fastest growing businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for all project related performance within the business whilst meeting client expectations. Our client is a family run business that is looking to expand their team. The ideal candidate is someone who does not only have the technical capability but has exceptional soft skills and can fit in culturally within the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for the client over email and the telephone.
Review and approval of contract design drawings produced by engineering department.
Review potential project risks
Determination to hit deadlines and overcome barriers. Able to work under pressure and adapt to and organise changing priorities
Manage projects from start to finish ensuring they are on time and to budget.
Manage the OE project management resources in a manner that makes best use of skills, expertise and experience
Ensure that the NPI processes are followed, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders updated

The ideal candidate:
Well versed in Microsoft office
Experience using RAMS
Experience of successfully managing cross functional projects within a manufacturing environment
Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results
Experience within electronics or electrical industry
3 years experience with projects
Qualified in engineering minimum of ONC
