Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a small team of assembly operatives during the growth phase of the business
Assemble products parts together made from metal, wood and fabric.
Ability to read from specifications to ensure all products are made to standard
Adhering to tight deadlines
Working to a high level of health and safety
Ability to grow and develop with a start-up business
