Are you passionate about food production and ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment?

We are on the lookout for a talented Production Manager to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving their food manufacturing operations forward!

You will be at the helm of production operations, ensuring that food products are made to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Overseeing day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and deadlines.
– Implementing and maintaining strict quality control measures to ensure that our products consistently meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
– Leading and motivating a diverse team of production staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
– Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive product innovation.
– Monitoring production performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
– Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
– Managing inventory levels and working closely with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and ingredients.

Your Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
– 5+ years in the food production sector
– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production challenges.
– Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
