We’re looking for a Production Manager with great organisational and communication skills who can ensure production targets are met in a complex assembly environment leading from the front and putting in robust process to ensure OTIF delivery!
If you’ve worked in a CI/Lean type environment even better! You’ll be looking after c 35 staff of varying skill levels and will need to demonstrate excellent people skills.

Your Responsibilities:
– Scheduling of production in line with master schedule
– Allocation of work by section/individual
– Mentoring of Team Leaders
– Development of processes and CI/Lean exercises to increase efficiency and standardisation
– Recruitment of additional labour and hiring of temporary labour
– Production of weekly data for analysis and forward forecasting
– Ensure H & S is always adhered to
Your Skills and Experience:

– Experience in a multi-skilled environment producing an engineered product.
