With sites in various locations around the world, we are looking to recruit an experienced Production Engineer for their lucrative site based in East London.
Production Engineer
– £45,000-£50,000
– Monday-Friday (Days only + early finish Friday)
– East London
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and organising maintenance.
Increasing Quality on output.
Achieving Lead times on orders.
Lowering waste levels.
Taking responsibility over individual projects.
Collecting and analysing data to allow you to continuous improve.
Promoting the companies engineering best practice.
Liaising with suppliers and customers
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA and 5s.
Previous experience as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
Be confident using Microsoft Programmes
PLC Knowledge with Programming ability being desirable but not essential.
Be personable with existing and potential customers
Organised, experienced problem solver
Self-starter looking to excel.
